Experience: 2 years
Normal hours: 10am-4pm, 4pm-10:30pm
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook individual Japanese dishes
– Prepare and make sauces and broth
– Does most of the actual cooking - Prep Cook
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Normal hours: 10am-4pm, 4pm-10:30pm
Responsibilities:
– Preparation for the dishes that are served.
– Chopping vegetables, cutting or grinding meat, weighting and mixing ingredients
– Washing and preparing vegetables
– Storing food and more - Helper
Experience: 0 – 1 years
Normal hours: 11am-3pm, 6pm-10:30pm
Responsibilities:
– Assist the cook
– Washing dishes
REQUIREMENTS
You’ve got a bit of experience. (Don’t worry, if you’ve got potential and no experience, we still want to meet you.)
